Overall having been here twice the place is incredible and am sure we will be back
Just a small criticism Be good if there were more winning pool options for competitive swimming and an area separated to a allow dogs as this restricted our movements

Very close to amenities
We normally stay with prairies de la mer themselves and if we come again would only stay with them. I’m guessing Nova is a sister company rather than 3rd party?
Our lodge for covered in ants, we had a call
Out but it didn’t change anything. There was no cleaning facilities, although you could buy for €5 it’s very silly to me. Maybe less hats/bags etc and provide cleaning facilities.
Couldn’t get the car to your lodge and also had to park a million miles away…. Very inconvenient with a baby.
Just overall wouldn’t stay again with nova

I like the overall resort. Very clean and beautiful. You feel like in middle of paradise.
This was my second time there. The cabin we received was not updated and very old. Things were dirty and I needed to clean everything before using it. My first time was much better accommodation.
The entertainment was boring, could have been better.
