There was lovely and professional staff, breakfast and dinner very good. Also cleanliness was super!
It was very hot weather, but still the staff was great, they did everything to make customer feel happy and relaxed.
We were traveling with children and Falkensteiner made our very hot weather period enjoyable. We have previously enjoyed a hotel from the same group in Sardinia and did not regret our decision this time either!

Location directly on a private and nice beach, very clean, good food, heated pools, playground for kids, staff very kind. We even received a free upgrade to a large apartment with direct sea view.

General experience. There will be 4 welcome drinks But the staff still gave us a receipt. In the end, we raised an objection when we checked out, and the front desk still had to refute it. So I want to ask why do you still give us a drink card?
