About this apartment rental
This large studio, 29 m2 on the ground, duplex with a large mezzanine, a real bathroom, a large kitchen area, a beautiful office area and its large convertible sofa will make you feel in a comfortable and cozy apartment.
It is ideally located in the heart of the historic Marais district.
Completely renovated in September 2011, it has been carefully decorated and has all the modern conveniences, dishwasher, washer-dryer, television with foreign channels, and WIFI internet connection. This studio offers you two very good quality beds: On the pretty mezzanine a thick two-seater mattress and below, a contemporary, luxurious sofa, convertible into a double bed.
This non-smoking studio is on the 2nd floor of an old building, typical of the Marais with a very high ceiling. Without vis-à-vis, it adjoins the very famous department store Bazaar of the Town Hall and you will find the town hall square below. It offers rare clarity, in the center of Paris. A few minutes on foot, you can discover: Place des Voges, Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Louvre Museum, the Sainte-Chapelle, Île Saint Louis, the Quays of the Seine and its booksellers. By metro, bus or RER, you can get to: the Musée d'Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, the Château de Versailles, Eurodisney (RER B). ""

You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of the Marais district with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Notre Dame. The Metro is right in front of the apartment building which made traveling very convenient. Paul was very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Le Marais! The location was absolutely amazing, it is quiet, safe, and walkable to so many cafés,shops, bakeries, and major sights. It truly felt like the perfect Paris home base.The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. We especially appreciated having enough room to comfortably lay out our suitcases, which can be hard to find in Paris apartments. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed during our stay.The loft bed does have short ceilings, exactly as mentioned in the listing, but we actually loved the cozy setup and found it added to the charm of the space. The pull-out futon was also comfortable and worked well for our son. One of the best parts was how incredibly quiet the apartment was at night despite being in such a lively and central area. We slept very well here and would absolutely stay again. Truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed at.

I could not have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect—literally steps from metro Hotel de Ville, right in the middle of the Marais. Paul has two large beds (one is a pullout couch), a bathroom, and a small but very serviceable kitchen. The loft area with the larger bed has a very low ceiling—my daughter is 5’2” and couldn’t fully stand, but if you are just up there to sleep, it works just fine. Paul himself graciously allowed us to drop our luggage off ahead of check-in so we could explore. He answered all questions promptly and was very kind and welcoming. On va revenir!
