It was extremely easy to check in and out. Parking right out the door. Rooms are very clean and spacious We booked the room for a night because of its proximity to the airport. The next morning, we drove 10 minutes to the airport. The old city is also 10 minutes drive away. For this room, the price was also great.

The location was very good and well serviced. The room was quite and clean. overall good for its price.

There were some ants in the room. The door lock wasn't working but there is only a handle on the inside to open it and you need the key to open it from the outside.

The room smellzd of cigarettes The ashtray on the balcony was full of old cigarettes so the cleaning was not well done. The matresses were extremely uncomfortable and rhe headboards were peeling. It is a totally substandard hotel

Spacious room, clean, good communication with the owner, very comfortable bed. Quiet with the windows closed.

No kitchenette, some appliances and the bathroom needs refreshing and repair.

I loved that the apartment was just outside the city. The centre could be reached by bus, with the bus stop being 1 minute away from the building! The lovely beaches in Cagliari could be reached by bus, and I visited four in total. It was a busy area, close to the airport but it was always quiet at night and I slept extremely well. There was air conditioning and the facilities were excellent. The cleaning lady was amazing. The location overall was great, there were supermarkets just around the corner and sufficient places to dine. I felt safe here. I would highly recommend Residenze Su Planu. The check-in was easy, as was checkout.

It would be great if there were a plate and microwavable bowl, as I had to purchase my own.

clean rooms with a hygienic toilet

horrible staff, doest respond to any questions. location is terrible, there needs to be a clear sign showing the hotel. For an international traveller finding this place is a mess. In their description they mentioned they provide two water bottles which they did after asking for 3 days. I requested for an itemized bill which I never got. Absolutely terrible!

the place was clean and tidy

Although the place was clean and tidy, the experience was disappointing because of the communication. They took an unreasonable amount of time to reply to any of our attempts of contact. Upon arrival, we asked for de access codes to the flat, but there was no answer either to the messages or to the phone calls. We had to wait on the parking lot until such time as we decided to change our plans and left. Later we’ve received a phone call with apologies and they where polite. But when we got to the apartment and asked for the wifi password the reply also came two hours later. So as far as I’m concerned, they should improve on this level. Another thing that made our stay difficult was the air conditioner placement, which is right in front of the main bed. Without the a/c on, it was impossible to be in the apartment as it was too hot. The window couldn’t be opened as the noise from the motorway made it impossible to sleep. This means we where blasted with cold air al night long. All things considered, I wouldn’t return.
