Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Great location - our room had large bay windows with a sea view- amazing ! The decor is a bit bland in the bedroom but perfectly acceptable.
Bed was very soft but still comfortable enough!

The location was very convenient with a lovely view of the sea.
The facilities are dated. It has a small 3 person lift with 2 manual doors that needs to be opened and pulled shut to operate which is quite difficult to negotiate. Also the TV in the room isn't a smart TV which is quite surprising for a 4* graded hotel.

Lovely location at the quieter end of the promenade.
Ok so the lift is quaint but just too tiny, struggled to get case in and out. Staff at the desk were extremely unfriendly. Only saw it staffed by elderly men who couldn’t be bothered to lift their heads as you walked in or out. Never even smiled. Not once asked if I was enjoying my stay, even on checking out just took the key and not a word! After the first night, I informed the desk that the room was far too hot, looked at me like I had two heads! No air con to control in the room. Thankfully when I returned that evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan had been placed in the room.
