Nice staff, very convenient beds

Very nice staff. Very convenient beds. Room cleaning every day. Private onsen in the room. Very nice breakfast (created for Japanese, but we Europeans could still find what to eat :) )

Living room zone was not used by us as it was only tatamis and couple of pillows - as Europeans we would expect sofa. And it's a pitty because that room area had window, while we spent time resting in bed with artificial lighting.

8 / 10

A place to rest and recharge.

It was quiet, calm oasis and the Onsen in our rooms were the star of the hotel!

I found the service efficient but impersonal.

Good for a short stay.

Great breakfast and nice onsen.

No amenities provided and having to make my own bed.
