About this villa rental
Villa Mozzafiato was designed around its views: the living areas and every suite look out over the Pacific, Banderas Bay and the green Sierra Madre mountains.
Your stay includes our villa team: a private chef, kitchen assistant, bartender/server, daily housekeeping (except Sundays), maintenance and a dedicated concierge. The team is with you about eight hours a day (about four on arrival and departure days).
• Meal service: snacks and a welcome meal on arrival day; breakfast and lunch on full days, with snacks and drinks in between; breakfast on departure day.
• Dinner service can be added to any day for $195 USD (24 hours' notice).
Bedrooms (sleeps 30)
• Four view suites, each with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a private balcony or terrace; one suite also has a sofa bed.
• A queen bedroom.
• Two bunk rooms, each with three full-size beds.
• Three luxury queen air mattresses for larger groups.
• Six full bathrooms and one half bath.
Three levels, connected by an elevator
• Level 1: covered parking, grand entry, formal living room, laundry, a bunk room, and a private suite with its own terrace a few steps from the main house.
• Level 2: the heart of the villa — the kitchen, indoor dining and living rooms, a suite with a balcony, and the outdoor living and dining terrace around the heated infinity pool, with a pool bath.
• Level 3: the second bunk room and two grand master suites with private balconies and ocean views.
The villa comes fully equipped: fast Wi-Fi, linens and towels, toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for up to 30 guests.

The property was “as advertised”. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, gathering areas to seat our 12 family members and a large infinity pool. Given all of the great amenities, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. All of the food prepared by the chef and assistant chef was delicious. Federico kept everyone happy by making them their favorite drinks. Manny, the concierge, made all of our travel arrangements, kept us stocked with food and handled any of our questions or needs. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our time at the villa.

Everything was amazing about our stay. The property was breathtaking but the staff are definitely the star of the show. They are all wonderful people and made our stay truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend enough having an incredible vacation here.

We were so happy with our stay! We were three families with teens. The property is stunning but the staff made it absolutely spectacular. Manny started helping us immediately following our booking. He was timely and prompt as we asked a lot of questions as we wanted to plan excursions. Upon our arrival, the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming. From great drinks to amazing meals and keeping everything immaculate, they took such great care of us. The house is beautifully situated at the end of the road, nesting in the jungle, with views of the ocean. We loved morning coffee and watching the birds! We are all adventurous types so the walk from the main road up was a daily activity but it is steep! The house is huge and we hope to return with even more friends in the future!

We had a miscommunication with the property manager and the way he communicated with me made me uncomfortable and tainted our visit, sadly. That being said, the staff of the home was great (especially Manny, Frederico and Daniel the chef). The house works for groups, and it's nice having everything in house.
