Rooms were good size. Good bed and nice bathroom. Also plenty of parking space
Breakfast was limited. Not much healthy food. White bread. Sugary cornflakes. A few cheeses and hams. Would have expected more range, some chopped fruit, wholemeal breads, low fat yoghurts but i would say it is the norm in Italy to be fair.

The breakfast is very basic
The sound of the air conditioning pump or whatever it is next to our room switch on then off every 10 minutes, it is so annoying and loud that we had just few hours of sleep in the second night. The first night we slept as we were tired. Also only 1 staff in the hotel that we saw, so most of the time reception is empty.
