We were right across from the pool which was great for our kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Easy location. Quick to get to.
When I booked the room it stated that 4 people could fit, that’s technically true, but when you’re on vacation you’d rather have the bed to you and your husband only. The pull out couch did not accommodate both my children like it said it would. It was a single bed. The bedding provided didn’t fit the pull out bed. When we left for the day and the room was supposed to be cleaned they made the bed, and picked up the towels. They didn’t sweep the floor which very clearly needed to be swept. Also, there weren’t enough towels for all 4 of us.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable.
The staff couldn’t figure out why I was charged before our stay. I’m trying to figure out why I was overcharged.
