Amazing experience! Wonderful time with family and friends.
One boat, 4 adults and 5 children… incredible! For 5 days
All was good! I would like to have had garbage collection and I suggest to have some tweezers to pick up the occasional paper in the toilet … it happened to both children and adults .. and it would solve the problem swiftly!

O atendimento em terra e o serviço de transporte até ao barco. Os funcionários maioritariamente pouco atenciosos e até mesmo mal educados. Para o valor que cobram exige-se muito mais.

Very clean. Good view
300€ for 14h, with 3h of sunlight is not worth the price. We reach the boat by 1900, check out was at 9 the next morning. Barely enough time. We understand that the tides control the check in/out but it seems unfair that we have to leave the boat by 9 so that the other group can check in at 1300. What about the time we lost because of the tides? On top of that we had no water flow after 22, so in the morning it was impossible to use the bathroom. No electricity either in the socks so we could make any coffee, use the microwave or charge our phones.
The views are amazing and very nice touch with the water, oranges and little boat. Lot of potential but it’s clear that some guests get a better experience than others. We are trying to get some compensation but we are just being sent around different people within the company.
