The convertible 4th bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy sleeping in the evening, a very practical use of space for added sleeping. The unit has 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 adult twin single beds and a full size bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom (no window) and 2 twin beds in convertible den sleeping area.
