Early summer holiday

Very nice house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and garden/porch. Stayed for three weeks here and enjoyed every day of it. Good and easy contact with owner, actually no complaints whatsoever. Thanks to the Owners and the organisation. Recommendable in every aspect. Beach about 5 to 10 minutes walking through the village. Supermarket and other shops within 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants in the village. Small and safe village with large park where locals, tourists and children easily mix, play and feel safe.

The house is nice and big. We stayed there (2 couples) for 3 nights. We had enough towels and the kitchen is good equiped. The contact was friendly! It was very quite in this street and the terrace was nice for eating or relaxing. We can recommend it. Just you cannot find the street on maps. The street is directly on the opposite side of the entrance of the church.

Appartement idéalement placé dans le village dans une rue très calme. Appartement bien conçu pour une grande famille car suite parentale avec salle de bain puis deux chambres avec une autre salle de bain qui se trouve entre les deux chambres. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et salon extérieur qui procure un espace de vie très agréable et qu’on peut utilisé tout au long de la journée que ce soit le matin à midi ou le soir car protégé du soleil. La seul point qui est dommage c’est qu’il n’y a pas la vie dur la mer mais largement compensé par la qualité de l’appartement et de son emplacement. Vous avez accès depuis l’appartement à tout du commerce àvla mercaccesdibke à moins de cinq minutes et pleins de restaurants dans le village.

Big Appartment with everything you need. Very quiet corner with lots of Shady outdoor space , great for little children, if they are not too loud . Lovely kitchen with all equipment. Santa Maria is wonderful for families. We had a great 2 weeks , thank you Donatella and Guerino!

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Katalogbeschreibung, Ausstattung und Einrichtung waren gut, beispielsweise die schönen Lounge-Möbel auf der Terrasse, die auf den Fotos noch gar nicht abgebildet waren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es am Ort ein massives Mückenproblem. In der Umgebung waren viele Häuser mit Netzen vor den Fenstern ausgestattet, dieses Objekt aber leider nicht.

...war diese Ferienwohnung! Auf den Bildern war nicht zu vermuten wie hell und geräumig der Außenbereich und die Wohnung ist. Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern) haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genießen können. Es gab entgegen der Warnung der Vermieter kaum Mücken. Dafür ein nettes Gecko-Pärchen, dass und allabendlich Freude bereitet hat :-) Insgesamt eine angenehme und saubere Unterkunft mit ausreichender Ausstattung (außer dem Cavatappi haben wir nichts vermisst)!

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie für zwei Wochen Urlaub in dem Haus gemacht. Es gab genug Platz für alle, und die beiden Bäder (+ Außendusche) sind geschmackvoll gefliest und eingerichtet. Das Haus hat alles, was den Urlaub angenehm macht: es ist absolut sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen und es gibt eine charmante Terrasse, auf der man entspannt mit allen essen kann. Die Geräte (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Außengrill usw.) sind neu und funktionieren prima. Ein Safe ist vorhanden und auch genügend Stauraum für die Kleidung. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett und erklärt die Klimaanlage auch gern zweimal (Danke Sr. Secci :-) ) Die Lage ist optimal: 5 min zum Strand oder morgens zum kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Casa pulita, accolti benissimo cesto di frutta ed acqua e altre bevande in frigo. Unica pecca manca il bidet nel bagno in camera. Tutti i servizi (bancomat, farmacia, supermercato, edicola ecc. ) a pochi passi , spiagge meravigliose a pochi chilometri, ma anche quella di s.m. navarrese non é male.

Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter begrüsst. Zur Begrüssung überreichte er uns Obst und Getränke befanden sich bereits im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in sardischen Stil eingerichtet und nahezu komplett. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und der eigentliche Aufenthaltsort. Die Lage zum Strand optimal. Wir, d.h. zwei Ehepaare waren mit den Bikes dort. Santa Maria N. Ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und könnwn die Wohnung auf heden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit kleinen Kindern ideal - netter Garten, mit Tor verschlossen, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und zum Supermarkt, war einfach schön! Das Highlight war für uns, dass eine Spülmaschine vorhanden war - bei 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern molto bene! Das Haus ist auch schön im sardischen Stil eingerichtet, die Bäder schön gefliest und alles funktionsfähig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil - daher auch ein Stern weniger - es sind an den Fenstern keine Mückengitter angebracht und leider gibt es in Santa Maria Navarrese davon einige :-(!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Guerino's and Donatella's house in Santa Maria Navarrese. It was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and clean. It was very pleasant to sit outside, even by bad weather. The location was very practical. The sea was within a short walking distance, stores were just around the corner and there were plenty of restaurants in the middle of the town. It was also a very quiet area. Guerino and Donatella were very helpful and flexible. Due to problems at the Airport of departure, we arrived almost midnight, 8 hours late. They were patiently waiting for us and had even fetched a few things at the store so we weren't empty-handed. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they responded very quickly. In sum, we can highly recommend their house for a vacation. Only suggestion: a few wine glasses to drink the delicious Sardinian wine would make things even better!

La casa è deliziosa, addirittura piú carina delle foto. Posizione perfetta per servizi (5 minuti a piedi da supermercato, farmacia, macelleria, spiaggia....) e per tranquillitá (strada chiusa). I proprietari, Guerino e Donatella, sono persone speciali per gentilezza e ospitalitá, ben lontani da quella logica di puro profitto che ti fa sentire un ospite speciale e non il solito turista da spennare. Una bella vacanza, prima volta in Sardegna, a S. Maria Navarrese. La casa ci è piaciuta moltissimo, perfetta per due coppie come noi. Rifinita con molto gusto, pulitissima e con tutto quello che può servire. Un ambiente così accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra e la colazione sotto il porticato era veramente un momento sereno per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Molto organizzata anche per quanto riguarda lo smaltimento differenziato dei rifiuti, bravissimi!!! Consiglio questa zona agli amanti del trakking, sono molto organizzati ed i posti sono meravigliosi. Spiagge e montagne si incontrano ... ed il mare fa loro da specchio!! Aspettateci riterneremo !!!!!
