The bed and the pillows are comfortable

.During our stay, we found the housekeeping standards to be disappointing. The room, including the bed and bathroom, was not cleaned thoroughly. The bed was simply made by straightening the bedcover, while the bed sheets were not properly refreshed or cleaned. Breakfast was also quite chaotic. Guests were left to wander around searching for available tables, as no staff were assigning seating or managing the dining area. When we raised the issue, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked, which did not adequately address the situation. We were also disappointed with the quality and variety of the breakfast food, which was significantly poorer than what we experienced two years ago. In fact, our previous positive experience was the main reason we chose to return, making this decline especially disappointing

comfortable and clean space. good amount of amenities. wide swimming pool area, with kids-friendly warm pool for quick dipping.

- not many staffs on Friday and weekend; resulting in 1) 1hr waiting time to get extra water bottles, 2) 45 mins waiting time to queue for breakfast, 3) almost forgetting to deliver our same day laundry - did not love infinity8 pasta. aglio but with bolognese and pesto sauce, idk what it was trying to achieve. - the spa and massage was so so, nothing special despite the hefty price. I requested for milk bath, turns out it was just a bathtub filled with warm water.
