The property is spotless large room tastefully built and decorated. The room we had was one of those that had direct access to the pool. The Spa and the massage therapists were beyond my expectations! If I ever go back to Kilofi I wouldn't even look for a nrw hotel. Silvet palms is the one.
The breakfast was a kismatch with the 5 stars rating! Everything else was more than 5 stars but the breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast and dinner were very good . Our only gripe which we raised with staff was not getting much papaya or mango . Mango is off season at this time , but papaya grow more frequently . Tea and snacks were great too - seafood fantastic . .
Nothing apart from the papaya / mango issue . Fruit section generally could be a bit more varied .

I asked for many customized dishes, and the chefs prepared them to perfection
everything was perfect, no complaints
Just a lot of flies at the restaurant, but nothing that the management can do about it.

Terrible service and no effort to meet basic requests. The coffee is terrible and limited options. Coffee machine was broken and not attempt to fix it or provide alternative except terrible instant coffee. Had to request for simple things like eggs to be cooked and toaster turned on. Request to fix it were met with apologises, but no change with same issues occuring the next day. Its a beautiful hotel with poorly trained staff and no interest in improving this
