The hotel has quite a nice rustic feel about it. Room was nice and cool at night. Great location!

Rooms are a little old and outdated. No wifi.

Friendly staff and a very good service

Great location next to the Chepe train station. Nice museum about the Raramuri nearby. Decent room. Would recommend staying in Divisadero (or nearby) longer than in Creel if doing the Chepe train

Toilet flush was broken & kept flushing continuously – staff failed to sort this out. Quite difficult to access staff on arrival – no working bell at the unstaffed front desk.
