Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Strand. Einzig hat mir das Brackwasser gestört, welche paar Meter vom Meer gebildet und teilweise erheblich gestunken hat.
Teilweise die Ausstattungen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Toilette war extrem klein, so dass man kaum sitzen könnte. Zum Händewaschen müsste man nebenan, zur Dusche gehen. Das Kinderzimmer war ebenfalls zu klein. Die Zimmertüren waren sehr alt, manche könnte man gar nicht schließen, inkl. Toilettentür. 2000€ für 9 Nächte für eine solche Wohnung war viel zu viel.

La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte di questa struttura visto che, dal grande giardino comune, con una decina di scalini, si arriva direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia di Favone. Parcheggio incluso. Vista mare.
Solo sul posto abbiamo capito che veniva assegnato precisamente l'appartamento indicato su Booking. Per evitare sorprese occorre quindi guardare attentamente le piantine poichè non tutti hanno spazi esterni e molti hanno il bagno con accesso dalla camera che risulta scomodo quando ci sono più camere da letto. Il nostro appartamento era particolarmente essenziale negli arredi e nelle forniture e il prezzo un po' eccessivo per quanto offerto. Nelle vicinanze del residence ci sono pochissimi negozi e servizi.
