It was very clean, it had everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and approachable.

Disappointing

Location was ok

We did not get the room we booked and I only realised this after we checked out and was walking past another room which the host was cleaning and I recognised it. I then checked the pictures on the booking and realised we were actually given the wrong room. We got room 4 which was tiny with a very poor air con which made us struggle to sleep, as it was hot. Then there was a separate patio that we were advised we could use, also had number 4 on it. When we checked out and were giving the keys back to the host, she was cleaning Room 1 after someone's vacated it. I thought I recognised it, then after this checked the pictures on my booking and this was the room we booked, more spacious and with a sofa inside. We did not have that as the room 4 was extremely small with just a bed, a table and mini kitchenette. I am very disappointed and annoyed I did not check before and ask rhe host about it, as we did not get what we paid for. I made the booking a long time ago and could not remember what it looked like and it is my mistake that I did not double check the photos again, however it is not right for the host to do this. Highly disappointed and I think we should get a part refund for this.

It’s a nice secluded area.

Very nice small little place close to the airport.

It is a little bit out there so if you don’t have a car with you this might not be the best place to stay. As getting Ubers or taxis is a little more difficult.

Perfect night’s stay before our flight!

The studio was exactly what we needed for our night’s stay before our flight the following morning. Location was perfect - only a 10 minute drive to the airport & despite being on a main road, it was quiet! The view from the terrace was beautiful. The studio itself was clean & comfortable. It had all the basic necessities such as body wash, soap & toilet tissues.

Exceptional

Location was fine, but only if you have a car, as there is no footway along of busy road. The road next to Apartmani Livaja is linking motorway with Plano/Trogir so the traffic was sometimes quite heavy. Exterior and interior was in nice and clean condition. The view from windows/terraces spectacular. Lots of parking spaces. Kitchenette well equipped, clean towels and beddings, comfy beds, aircon working fine. Close to Trogir, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.

You can accept the location or not. Hosts have no influence on that so nothing to complain.

It was an excellent short stay, the host was super awesome, friendly and extremely helpful.

The property is just about 10minutes from the Airport and in close proximity to restaurants, supermarket etc. The property was also well kept and very clean. There is also a beautiful view of the city at night an the sunrise at mornings

Excellent well equipped apartment.

I booked this property at short notice as our flight from Dubrovnik to Bristol was cancelled. I rebooked flights from Split to Bristol for the next day so needed overnight accommodation and this one seemed to fit our requirements. Good old Easyjet!!!

Nothing to do with the property but we were changed 200KN for a taxi to the airport. Seems a bit expensive!

Close to the airport

We were very well welcomed in this place. Nice room with kitchen and bathroom. Quiet and clean place very close to the airport of Split.

The private terrasse is not right accessible from the room but from the corridor.

Carefully renovated rooms. It was very comfortable to live there. The owner has also prepared drying rack for each room. Very convenient!

Clean, modern and good value with good hosts

Clean, modern in a quiet area and excellent view of Split and surrounding area from my balcony. I only stayed here one night after returning from one of the islands to Split port before catching an early flight from Split airport the following morning but I expect this would make a good base for a longer stay to explore split and surrounding areas e,g, Trogir, Sibenik etc. Studio was basic but was as advertised and and as I expected. Good location for airport and ferry port with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hosts were welcoming and very friendly. Would highly recommend Thanks
