About this apartment rental
Modern two bedroom self catering apartment in a complex named Valparaiso just a 5min walk to Burriana beach with communal pool and gardens. Further modernised with the installation of a Fully Functional Kitchen, Replacement Bathroom & Fitted Bedroom Wardrobes, Air Conditioning and a modern Retiled Floor throughout. All of the Windows, Patio Doors as well as the Outside Tiles on the Balcony / Terrace have also been replaced which altogether has enhanced this desirable property. It has one double bedroom (King Sized Bed) with doors to sun terrace and one bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together to create another Double Queen Size Bed). It has a large L Shaped settee in the Lounge. The Large terrace has 4 sunbeds and table with seating for 4. The terrace can also be part shaded with an over head awning and enjoys tremendous 180deg views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink unit surrounded by a granite top with cupboards underneath and a toilet. There is also allocated underground parking, although due to the quiet location this is not generally needed. The apartment is on the second (top) floor, hence the views and is serviced by a lift and security entry phone system which also makes it ideal for the disabled, and young families with buggies. Finally the apartment has Secure WIFI with a very good internet speed to allow ease of communication for personal or business use.

Nice apartment and location by the beach. Could have used a few amenities, like instructions on washing machine, extra toilet paper,and soaps. Instructions to get the key at the location was confusing. Overall a nice place with comfortable rooms and beautiful balcony with a view.

AC worked well. Host provided a pretty comprehensive packet of helpful information. Ocean view from the patio was very pretty although only visible from part of the outside patio. We spent a lot of time there. All facilities worked perfect. Good Wi-Fi. Our young adult grand daughter gave the space both thumbs up! A nice market about ten minute walk up the hill. Lots of places to eat down the hill by the beach as well. Has a small washing machine too!

Pros:*Comfy beds, and appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom*Spacious *Excellent location, walkable to beach*Good communication with host*Outdoor balcony with dining table and a great view Cons*Very weak shower and only about 20 minutes of hot water total, not enough for 4 people to shower consecutively and had to stand 4 inches from wall of shower for water to reach you*Supposedly had a dryer and grill, both of which we could not find*Had to purchase own toilet paper, even though listing implied otherwise *Old rough bath towels *Biggest problem was cleanliness. Sofa covers stained. Had to prewash every kitchen item I used as they had food or grease on them. Live silverfish and spider in the kitchen cupboards.Enough to ruin our vacation? No. Enough to make things annoying and inconvenient? Yes.
