The room itself was immaculate and the bed was large and comfy. The shower was incredible! The location is perfect for a night before the airport and the complimentary shuttle service is fantastic. It runs from 04:00 which was exactly what we needed.
The service in the restaurant was very slow despite my partner specifically ordering something that wouldn't take long. The staff then charged him for someone else's food before correcting their mistake.

Reasonably close to the airport with a free shuttle service.
Hotel has an odd layout, but it conveniently appointed with most needs -such as restaurant, pool, gym etc, one needs for a short layover.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Looks slightdated

Beautiful pool, quiet, very helpful friendly and accommodating staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Lovely walk by the river behind hotel.
Everything at hotel was excellent but we went over the road next to KFC for food and both my partner and myself were really ill, eat at hotel

Very close to the airport and have shuttle bus from and to airport every couple hours
I was put in 1st floor on my stay there, spacious room and clean. But it’s only have small windows with underground parking lots view. the lights from the parking lots was shine bright into the room even though with the curtains closed and tuck in. The AC was adjusted to certain settings and automatic off in the middle of the night. The room was hot, humid and bright. I call the front desk but noone answer the call. Kids and I had to sleep on the floor from midnight to early morning to cooling down our body, It was awful. Sleepless night for our 17hrs flight back to Canada.
