The owner was super friendly and helpful.
Clean enough and the value for money is quite good compared to general Podgorica.
I think that the neighbours must be smokers.

Rade picked me up at the bus station, so that really made it a lot easier. Overall, he was very helpful, and also helped me arrange a taxi ride from the apartment to the airport for my departure early in the morning.
The elevater stopped working due to water getting into the shaft after heavy rainfall during my stay. The repair company didn't get around to have it fixed over the weekend. The apartment being in the 6th floor, it was a bit tiresome. None of that is Rade's fault, though. He kept me updated about the repair progress, or lack thereof, and did what he could to help.

The convenient location of the apartment, there are several shops and cafes near the house. In
the flat, you can find all the neediest things, such as dishes, towels, a hairdryer, condition,
comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The owner speaks
English very well. A good place to stay for several days in Podgorica.

It is a nice place in a small town so everything is close. There is a couple of tiny food stores right around the corner and a couple of bigger ones more in 5 minutes walking distance. Similarly, a number of restaurants, pubs and fast food shops are very close as well. Everything else can be reached by taxi cabs which are nice, inexpensive (you can get through the whole city for 5€ and the downtime is within 2.00-2.50€ range), and easy to call (most use Viber).
The pictures are misleading. My biggest disappointment was a bathtub I could see and that was unusable as its drain was broken. And even if it had not been, the tub is very small so only a 7-8 y.o. kid could fit. It is NOT in the description so I cannot say it was promised but it was on the picture and this was misleading.
Similarly, you can not find a dishwasher among facilities but it is present on the pictures. In reality, it broke a long time ago as the owner said.
