Nestled in Portstewart, this lovely house for $186 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Two storey house situated within 3 minutes walk of Portstewart's main promenade street with panoramic sea views but also on a quiet street with dedicated car parking for two cars. (availability as of mid Sept- from 13-22 Oct and from 29 Oct onwards) (Please note that there is a minimum charge of £240 including website fee, per stay, therefore total minimum charge including refundable deposit is £480.) The ground floor comprises front conservatory, living room with flat screen tv and focal point fire, bathroom with shower over bath, dining room with flat screen TV and kitchen. There is an American fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, toaster etc. The first floor comprised two front bedrooms and one rear bedroom with ensuite with shower and also rear storage room. Each room has a double bed. The front has a gated garden with car-parking and also dedicated car parking space on road. The rear has a small enclosed yard with clothes line and secure shed which can accommodate bicycles/surfboards and the like. There is also a communal grass area across the road from the property. Oil based central heating and hot water. Wifi is also available free of charge. Sea views from both ground and first floors. With the property facing west the sun sets at the front of the house over the Donegal hills beyond the Londonderry estuary / Atlantic ocean. Central location for visiting the North Coast e.g. the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-reed rope bridge, Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Londonderry and just over an hour's drive to Belfast / The Titanic Centre. Also a good base to visit the Game of Thrones filmed locations Also a central location for public transport, walking, cycling, fishing and water sports. Located just over one hour for both airports and sea ports.

This little cottage was very homely. The view was beautiful as it sat on a height looking out to sea. Easy parking and only a short walk to the main shopping area. Good WiFi and facilities. Only there for a short break (2 nights) but we enjoyed our say.

The property is well located with good views offering 3 double bedrooms and ample space. Its drawback is that is dated and a little rundown and probably with too many picture, ornaments and the like. Sometimes less is more. The existing colour schemes are very much 70's and 80's (browns, mustards). If it were to be painted in whites or pale shades from top to toe it would be quite a nice place.

I mean no disrespect to the host of the houses in major need of a major clean and updating some of the dishes were chipped and the floor was sticky to walk on along with mould in the en suite bathroom shower there were no toiletries in the bathroom shower just a half used our soap the location is absolutely stellar I cannot say enough about the location Was Seaview and also very close to walk to the Promenade in order to visit shops restaurants cafés and take the bus to the train station the location is truly wonderful

Unfortunately not as it appeared on website outdated fridgecfreezer not working had to be turned on and off 4 days windows painted shut so little air unless door left open unable to do this upstairs .poor ventilation.tv with fire below safety gizzard paper on ceilings not emergancyexit upstairs photo shows vies as a walk to beach but there was a wall and work going on and a big drop down photos not up to date no fans for hot weather as not supplied no back area to sit as closed in very old furniture.not what we thought for the price.nice people who did reply but not worth the price due to lack of comfort.also shower difficult to turn off and everywhere dark needing lights on sorry for negative feedback but this home needs a lot of work for the fee charged

Spent 3 days with my family in Stanley and Yvonne's house. It was perfect very homely and brilliant sea views . The house was very warm and comfy beds and in a perfect location . The hosts communicated well and we will definitely be back to stay.

I cannot rate this house highly enough: it is convenient to the Prom; all rooms are clean; beds are very comfortable; all mod. cons; spectacular sea views. The owners are very helpful.

The check-in process was easy, directions were as described by the host. The one tricky part was trying to understand how the door handle locked when we left, but we finally figured it out. The beds were comfortable. In the master bedroom we couldn't get the small sink to turn on, but we ended up not using that sink or shower so I cannot share further information. We stayed in the front two bedrooms which had lovely views of the ocean and waterfront. The neighborhood seemed quiet. Parking was adequate for our car and right out front of the building. Shops were within walking distance down a small hill or set of steps. We had supper at a nearby pub and breakfast at two different coffee shops, both were delightful and had excellent food. This was a great spot for us to stay as it was so close to various places we did sightseeing on the Antrim coast of Northern Ireland. I would not recommend this place if you have difficulty climbing stairs as all the bedrooms are on the second floor. However, other than that this was a wonderfully cozy home away from home.

Das Appartement hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Meine Eltern blieben hier für eine Woche und haben mit einem Mietauto die gesamte nördliche Küsten erkundet, es lag alles in guter Fahrdistanz. Yvonne war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar! Die Lage ist top geeignet für Ausflüge ans Meer, zur Bushmills Destillerie und zum Giant's causeway. Jederzeit gerne wieder :)

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation is very cosy and we have been lucky not to have had any rain...yet. Would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. Loved the views of the sea and convenient area for the Causeway coast. We have walked miles.
