Dal momento che ti ricevano nel reception ti fanno sentire subito importante un bellissimo modo di accogliere sono stato ricevuto di mr Hani che un uomo super gentile e molto professionale. Avevo anche piu fortuna di conoscere Mr. Marwan waked che lui un dergente e come era umile e educato a nostro confronto Ho ricevuto molto chiamate per capire se sto bene nella struttura e se mi manca qualcosa. Al livello di bambini ( super divertimento) 12 pescene bellissima per varie attività. Oltre questo lo staff della animazione specialmente un ragazzo che se chiama bambino è veramente troppo educato e super gentile con i bambini. Oltre questo ho conosciuto il capo del ( food & baveragge ) super serio ma educato e riesce a fare l'albergo di ristoranti super efficienti e molto varie E la cosa piu importante che il mangiare non ha mai ore qualsiasi ora hai fame anche di notte trovi da mangiare

Che la vacanza finita subito

Initially we were at the non-seaside Rehana Aquapark Resort, not realizing it was separate from the Rehana Royal Beach (although connected by tunnel). See below for more on that. But once the management kindly moved us to the Rehana Royal (to a room with fantastic view), everything was perfect. Marwan was exceptional and took very good care of us. The snorkeling from the pier (when wind conditions allow) against the sea wall was quite good with great variety of fish. (Note: They need fix the broken 2nd ladder, as having only one entrance/exit caused pier congestion.) And I highly recommend just wading (low tide) and snorkeling (high tide) direct from beach and so many pretty were fish visible in the shallow water. The buffet food was fine. Book early when you arrive at resort to get the specialty restaurants; while the food is not especially better, it's pleasant to be served. Be prepared to be around a lot of Russian-speaking guests as that is the main clientele. The resort has morning stretching by the pool, which is nice, but you need to bring ear plugs, as the ear-damaging level of the music is anything but relaxing. In general, one needs to avoid the main pool by the sea as the music is just too loud, but there are pleasant quieter pools off to the side that are a nice temperature.

Initially we were at the inland sister property (non-seaside of the road), not realizing they were separate resorts, and I would not recommend staying here. Everything was old (and not in a good way): In our room the A/C, safe, and phone did not work, and the door key often didn't. The pools there were murky and oddly not connected with each other, and the slides were not working. Note that there are no in-house excursions (e.g. St. Catherine's), so they will bring in a boy who will attempt to sell you on packages. Another peculiar thing: No sunset walks on the beach. At 1800 you are shooed off the pool deck chairs and barred from the beach. Must be a safety problem for drunk Russians? One minor thing in our nice room at the Royal Resort: the shower had fancy multiple sprays, but they don't work.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Rehana Sharm Resort - Aquapark & Spa - Couples and Family Only - Premium Ultra All-Inclusive 24H, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Mr. Marwan Waked (Rooms Division Manager), whose leadership and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. He generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade, arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, and ensured that every aspect of our visit was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and proactive support made our vacation not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. The service quality across all departments was consistently excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Hussain and Mr. Ahmed from Room Service, who maintained impeccable standards and were always prompt, courteous, and attentive. For families, the resort is exceptional. Mrs. Madleen in the kids’ area deserves sincere recognition for her warmth and dedication. She took great care of my daughter Ayna, creating a safe and enjoyable environment that allowed us to fully relax. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Mr. Amr Mohamed at the Lebanese Restaurant provided outstanding hospitality. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to guests made every dining experience memorable. The overall facilities are excellent—the quality of food is diverse and consistently high, and the swimming pools and aquapark are superbly maintained, offering something for both adults and children. The 24-hour ultra all-inclusive service is a major advantage, ensuring comfort and convenience at any time of day. What truly sets this resort apart is the atmosphere—warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.
