The host was super friendly and supportive. We arrive around 4 am in the morning and he came over to the apartment at that time to pass the key and let us in! The apartment is very spacious, bright, with balcony and super view! The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the city and everything around to make your holiday great experience!

I was in Yerevan attending a UN Conference on Biodversity and this place was perfect for my needs. It's close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street, so you get the convenience without the noise. Fast wifi, comfy bed, hot shower, and it had everything I needed from cooking facilities, to a washing machine, to an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. The host was very friendly, accomodating, and easy-going. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Очень приятный хозяин квартиры. Квартира светлая, уютная, очень удобное месторасположение в центре города, все в пешей доступности. Отдельное спасибо за отдых 🙏
