The location and South Sardagna are amazing. The 3 beaches were beautiful and the pool was a great size and well maintained. The grounds well maintained and make a lovely setting facilities generally good.The staff especially Francesca the masseuse were great and really make you feel welcome, I had a fantastic birthday massage, thank-you. The cleaning was great and towels, and toiletries smelt lovely. The guys really loved the tortoises and the air conditioning and pizza the restaurant is amazing what a beautiful view.
The location is amazing and I really feel in love with a beautiful country and culture your people were really friendly.
The rooms are expensive high season I think some upgrades to them would help lift the establishment. I also think perhaps leave the washing facilities to be used again (sponge) little eco things like that help to save plastic. The insects we found difficult, wasps in the restaurant, flies at breakfast, mosquitos really plagued our stay. Were there bed bugs we don't think so but people had many bits so we hoped it was just mosquitos. The breakfast price has increased and I think to charge 15E there needs more hot elements and maybe coffee machine you can help yourself an added bonus before long tiring days for parents. The fridge broke on our 2day which was rectified quickly thanks for that as we had 4 hungry young adults with us.

The view is amazing and the nature is well preserved in the village, with many flowers, big trees and animals. The pool is big and there is a free spa
The location is not the best and is far from shops and restaurants. The breakfast is quite simple and there are many flies around the food. The nearby beaches are not good either
