When we got home ine day there was a leak, the manager came with 15 min and sorted the issue out.
Last night there was a power cut amd I found out you would not have been able to get into the front door. Would suggest a backup batterie

The location was perfect—right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, making everything very convenient. The apartment was beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). We felt at home from the moment we arrived.

We had an excellent stay here and would absolutely come back.
The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town of Cagliari, with restaurants, cafés, and the most beautiful streets all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the atmosphere felt very relaxed and authentic.
The apartment itself is extremely high quality, stylish, and tastefully designed. You can really see the attention to detail in the interior, furniture, and overall atmosphere. Everything felt premium, modern, and very comfortable.
A special highlight was the shared common area downstairs. It is beautifully designed and creates a really unique and welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole property feel even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and high-quality stay in Cagliari.
