The apartment is situated between the old town of Cagliari and the beach. Near most neccessary facilities, shops and restaurants. The room had a kitchenette and a decent size fridge which was a nice addition. The bathroom had a decent toilet and shower. Special shoutout to the staff which went above and beyond securing us a taxi, early in the morning when we had trouble booking one.
It should be noted that check-in outside the posted hours will cost €30 which I thought was quite expensive. The check-in is done at a seperate B&B, 300 meters from Villa Arazurrina. The plumbing in the bathroom needs an upgrade as it often smelled quite badly.

We stayed for 2 weekends, and were amazed with the hospitality of the owners. Lovely couple who were always there to provide comfort and guidelines through the city and island. Cagliari has a great beach Poetto which is large enough to fit the whole Sardinia :)

la camera era spaziosa ma aveva frigo rotto e muffito , sciacquone rotto e cestino rotto e dopo questo hanno voluto una cauzione di 200 euro , i soldi sono stati resi ma mi sembra esagerato chiedere una cauzione così alta per l’ambiente che è e sopratutto con roba già rotta e frigo muffito
