Above all, the staff at Twin Bay Resort was truly excellent. Everyone, from the General Manager on down was so welcoming and friendly, and tremendously helpful. Nick, the GM is a true hotelier, and a truly lovely human. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Location was fabulous, right on the beach, which was great for walking. Facilities were great, with onsite Thai massage. Breakfast was fabulous, a nice selection, and the dining room overlooks the pool and beach. Such a lovely setting! Thank you, Nick and everyone. We will surely be back.

The bar could be open a little later? Perhaps last call at 10pm?

Fabulous location with wonderful staff. Amazing beachfront bungalows. A special mention to Nick the manager who cared enough to post an item we had left in our room onto us in another country and at his expense. You went beyond expectations Nick, thank you so much. It was all just right !

Very nice and quiet room, lovely pool overlooking the beach.

We were there when it rained and the tiles on the ground leading to the rooms became very slippery. The location is a bit away from the main town and there was no other restaurant within walking distance to eat at other than the hotel restaurant.

The massage was 10/10 she cracked my back hips and spine and folded me up like a towel Juices were good

The breakfast that is included was pitiful, just basic bread and a limited set menu when I ordered from the set menu the breakfast was awful cold beans uncooked mushrooms and egg, there is also a paid menu for breakfast with better items so ended up paying twice for breakfast to get the better, then they said the coffee machine isn't turned on in low season, one day they made me a coffee with microwave milk i expect at the least a decent coffee they told me I can pay for one at the bar at 10! Then one night we ordered food and the waitress didnt tell us the restaurant was closing, and 10 mins after they refused us sticky rice (mango and rice on a plate) the room was ok but so so noisy lots of bugs and animals making noise at night in the sea villas by the massage hut.
