The best thing about this hotel was the location. Lots of cafes, shops and markets all within 2 to 3 minute walking distance. Check in was quick and easy and Hatem, at reception, was professional and polite. The room I stayed in (superior queen) was overall very spacious and clean.
They had no laundry service even though they said it was offered. The receptionist (male) at night was rude and aggressive when I asked about the laundry service, The guy was an idiot. Lastly, the bathroom needs some work. The shower was leaking, the unit was dodgy and the toilet seat was also broken. I would have given this hotel at least an 8 if it wasn't for the above.

Location, nice staff
All broken and dirty, staff is nice but dont react to request for clean up or repair, no water in the night.
