ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. personale molto gentile e disponibile. stanza grande e pulita.

Stanza grande in linea con una junior suite, silenziosa, pulita. Possibilità di cucinare. Colazione varia e di qualità. Purtroppo solo parcheggio a pagamento in zona. Il centro città a 15-20 minuti a piedi.

per essere pistini: in dotazione solo un asciugamano viso per 2 persone.

séjour agréable , sans problème

chambre spacieuse , simple , équipé avec ce qu'il faut. un parking est possible pour environ 12€ la nuit. Le personnel est très accueillant.

dans notre chambre spécifiquement la lumière était faible et il manquait un luminaire. Dans l'autre chambre c'était parfait. On entend un peu le bruit du train lorsque l'on dort coté rails mais il s'agit d'un bruit faible.

Not a luxurious hotel but well placed and worth its cost.

Slightly out of the city center but very close on foot. The staff was very welcoming.

Convenient, good place to sleep, but don't recommend for hanging out in the room.

The location and size of the rooms were good. Having a kitchen was nice, too. All of our rooms were placed together. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The bathrooms had black mold in them. Could have been cleaned better.

You get what you pay for , good place to crash for the night

Parking was good , the room was clean , good location

Air conditioning leaking into the room , making the floor very wet and slippery , when reported staff didn’t know what to do about it , Breakfast was very disappointing

Great location, good breakfast, and very nice facilities especially for the price. Expect noise.

Good room size and excellent location. Breakfast was wonderful too.

There was a lot of ambient noise in the room. The water boiler made noises, water pipes were rushing throughout the night, and there was a lot of noise from the building "settling" and creaking. We were up all night and couldn't rest properly.

Very poor

I booked for someone and he got bug bit in the room, I asked the staff, they answered me first time to send them an email, after I sent an email I received nothing, not even a sorry, it was not an option anymore.

Nice week in Alsace region

Location is excellent, near the city center and near the train station. Also, bed and pillows were excellent, nice and soft. Althoug the room was oriented on the trains, it was very quiet and sleeping was very good. Near the hotel, there were nice pubs (hotel staff recommended us The Solidarite and it was good to sit among locals during the happy hour). Shopping mall is also near for those who like shopping (shopping mall has nice bakeries with delicious croissants and coffee - bakery Paul).

Maybe it would be a good idea for hotel to have a bikes for rent for their guests. There is application in Strasbour for bike rents but they ask for a deposit. This is only a suggestion.

The location is good. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms have a good size.

There were no parking spots available.

Great stay

Spacious room with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Decent breakfast and easy walking distance to the town centre. Helpful staff with great response to a request to fix a shower door.

WiFi kept dropping out, not the best.

The Staff were really polite and helpful. The place was really spatious and neat. The location is really good from the Train station, however, slightly far from the bus station. But nevertheless, it's a nice walk.

The Wifi is simply non existent or horrible. The hotel seem to not do anything to fix the issue. For someone travelling for work, this place is highly not recommended.

Comfortable but risky if you arrive at night

Good value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is facing the railway, the windows are well insulated, there is no noise in the room.

Due to a flight cancellation I arrived at midnight. I wrote the hotel to warn them and they said no problem, we have 24h reception. However, when I arrived, in the middle of the might, the hotel was closed, nobody at the desk. The receptionist came after 10-15 minutes, though, apologizing. I was lucky that some other guests left me in the lobby, otherwise I would have been left in the street worrying for my safety.

Excellent choice

Just a 10 minute walk from the train station Room with mini kitchen (induction stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffe maker, pans, plates, etc) Nearby a mall with a good supermarket, restaurants, Decathlon, among other useful stores (incidentally, I'm getting my winter boots fixed at a shop over there as we speak) Large room and bathroom

Wifi coverage is not that good. My 4G connection worked better than their wifi

A relatively cheap solution for Strasbourg

Breakfast was good enough for the standards of this hotel. Strasburg center is 15 minutes walking, not so far.

Parking is chargeable. I was lucky and I found in the street for free. But it was for free because it was during the Christmas days. Otherwise there is a metering system by hour. The room was old enough and basic. The hotel is pet friendly, meaning you can have a small dog next door barking all night as in our case..
