The House of Laceiras is an old farmhouse carefully transformed into a leisure area where they were created unique conditions to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in Sandim, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, and 20 minutes from Porto. The House of Laceiras has a garden of 1000m2 with swimming pool and several recreational areas (regional wine cellar, library, regional cuisine, barbecue area and play area for children). It is a cottage traditional rural architecture, where good taste and comfort coexist in harmony with tradition. Wide, comfortable and cozy, has a living room and dining room with fireplace, a large lounge, three suites with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 cots, 3 social bathroom and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and all utensils for cooking and serving a meal. Despite only having rooms for 8 people, you can accommodate more guests, once the home also has a sofa bed and two somies.
