About this condo rental
Located in Historic Montford, this charming condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Get the best of both worlds: enjoy the uniqueness of Asheville’s most historic neighborhood and enjoy being only 1.5 miles from Asheville city center. Our private entrance ground floor suite has all you need to explore. At only a short neighborhood drive (3-5 min), you will be close to everything in town. Our unique space is filled with our own art and items from our world travels and is equipped with local coffee and beer so you get a taste of our city. Our fully private suite is on the ground level of our brand new green-built home. We travel around the world for work and pleasure and have decorated our suite with items from East, South, and West Africa, the Middle East, Europe, antiques from our family, and paintings from our own art studio. The completely private suite has a beautiful living area, custom kitchenette with beautiful quartz countertops, 2 bedrooms, private full bath, and private entrance with an outside sitting area. The custom kitchenette has a sink, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, 2 ways of making coffee, and a toaster. We provide fresh ground local coffee with your choice of pour-over or coffee machine, tea, 4 local beers in the fridge for you to enjoy. Guests have full control over their heating and air. Sorry, after a few years of hosting we realized that our space is not conducive to bachelor/bachelorette parties We live at the end of a street in the beautiful historic Montford neighborhood, which is adjacent to city center. We love walking to the 1.5 miles to town from our house (35 minute walk), where the walk is all neighborhood roads until you get to the bridge that connects us to the city center.

Enjoyed our stay. Well kept, with nice ammenities. Comfortable for two couples or a family of four. At night arrival could use a little more lighting….ran into a bear and cub which was exciting but probably would have been better responded to if we had a little

This beautiful, well appointed apartment was perfectly located for our long weekend with visits to Biltmore Estate, River Arts District, and restaurants. I especially liked that it's in a wooded area with little to no traffic.

My daughter and I stayed here for three days and it was fantastic. Alexis made us feel very welcome. The suite was clean and well furnished, and the small amenities were a nice touch. We were close to everything and the neighborhood is idyllic. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

We loved staying at this beautiful, relaxing, cozy home. We felt like we were staying in our own private treehouse with all of the foliage surrounding us. It was extremely clean, and had a private entrance with a little patio to sit on. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. The house is on a secluded quiet woodsy street at the end of the road. You forget that you are in the middle of town. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and downtown is only a short easy walk too. Everything is only a 5 to 10 minute drive with many hiking trails only a short drive away. Alexis and Collin thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and at home. They even left us local coffee and beer for us to try. They gave excellent recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore while in Asheville. We highly recommend this rental located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and we hope to be back soon! Thank you Alexis and Collin for being such wonderful hosts.

Very comfortable and relaxing VRBO. From the decorating to heavy nice towels to comfortable beds, this place is a must stay in Asheville. You are only 1 1/2 miles from town so the location is perfect. We will definitely come back for another stay!!

This property is absolutely by far the cleanest property we have ever rented with Vrbo. The smallest details that the owners put into this property to make our stay comfortable was truly appreciated. From the white noisemakers in the bedrooms to the local coffee that was available, the coffee filters, shampoos conditioners, toothpaste and toothbrushes, Contact lens cases with contact lens solution………..you could literally walk into this property with the clothes on your back and stay comfortably. We would definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Asheville. Very pleased!

Our stay here could not have been better. The home was in the perfect location to zip into Asheville’s downtown. We loved the quaint and historic neighborhood! Everything about the home was lovely - from the decor and artwork to all of the added touches provided by the owner. Looking forward to many return visits!

Amazing Location
This was our first time booking a property VRBO-style. We usually stayed in hotels. We loved the experience. Alexis was super responsive and replied quickly to any question.
Our family arrived to Asheville for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was very modern with a mix of local decorations that just made it seem that you are home.
I cannot emphasize enough how clean it was and all properly set. There was even chocolates by the pillows and local beer in the refrigerator. It is very quiet and you are surrounded by trees and with views of mountains.
The property was also conveniently located minutes from downtown by car.
We look forward to return to Asheville and would definitely look to stay in the same place again.
