Great place to relax and enjoy the sea and the city

Very nice spacious and clean apartment Air conditioning Balcony for lunch and dinner (not breakfast because of the very hot sun ;-)) Calm area Nice host Close to the train station and the beach Antibes center within walking distance Available (paid) parking If possible, book an apartment/studio with a balcony on the higher floors

Excellent establishment, quite location and cool ambiance

Calm, clean and cool in both senses of the word. Charming and helpful hosts. Great internet and silent a/c. Spacious room. great continental breakfast. Location 10 mins from centre of Juan but also on Antibes border so 20 min walk to centre of Antibes. Rail station less than 5 mins away. Competitively priced.Would definitely recommend.

It was a GREAT stay! i highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, simple & home like place!

The Hotel is done in a lovely calm and relaxing way! We felt at home.. the owners are AMAZING! Very welcoming, smiling and kind to everyone. Instructions are very clear in case you need anything extra.

Really large room, with a double bed and a spare single bed, bathroom (with a bath) and a small separate kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave. Super clean and fresh throughout.

Very comfortable stay in Juan les Pins

The size of the room and bathroom is excellent and it is cozy and clean. Walking distance from the center and the beach. Private parking just in front of the building is a plus.

The building from the outside is a little bit in need of renovation.

Exceptional

Both the room and bathroom were really spacious, which made our stay comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Extra points for gentle lavender smell in the room. Highly recommended. You can get French style breakfast, consisting of baguette, croissant, jams, butter, yogurt, tea, coffee etc.

clean and well located

the studio was beautifully decorated and clean. the location was fantastic and the outdoor space was very nice.

fresh towels and sheets were available every day - however there were hardly any cleaning products and when staying for 7 nights it would have been nice to have some washing liquid / clean tea towels / some salt / pepper/ olive oil to do some cooking with. Also one wash in the washing machine was 7:50€ which seems steep when you’ve paid over 1000€ for a weeks stay.

I can really advice to stay here. Wonderful location and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a wonderful and big room. We had an outdoor Terrace. The room was very clean, the bed was big and good mattresses.

It was the perfect place to end our month-long stay in France.

A lovely terrace welcomes you-great vibe. Big room and balcony compared to most. So clean and calm. Nice breakfast. From arrival to departure it was the most organized place we stayed in. Owners, Isabelle & Jean-Christophe are super. A good location for walking to the train, Juan-les-Pins and Antibes.

parking. and super easy access to parking from our room. neat and clean.

room 15. Not to create a fuss about it but a couple of little things like a water kettle wasn’t there. Asked the manger (owner?) for two wine glasses and then asked for the kettle. he scolded me to tell him what all to get in one go. Fair enough but please some cut me some slack I had arrived after 7 hours of drive. also, the water blocker (if that’s what it is called) in the sink (wash basin) was kind of broken I had to manually lift it up with with my fingers to let the water drain. also, they have disposable paper plates if you need but no cutlery so please get your own. No elevator.

Nicely located 5 mins walking from city center and beaches, the room was spacious, clean and cute. I recommend to book their parking as it is very convenient. Helpful staff. They serve a good French breakfast (baguette with butter and jam, croissant, pain au chocolat...)

Railways nearby, some trains passing late evening and morning, but actually not a big deal

Very clean and comfy, the room was surprisingly big. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine & mini bar available on location. Parking.

No elevator. Our room was located at a demi-basement (but with a very cute private terrace) and the level of humidity in the room was rather high.

Very very nice owners! Caring California vibes overall. Nice with balcony and kitchen. We could walk to the beach and to the cute city. The breakfast and morning chat with the owners in the very cosy courtyard was so so nice. Thank you
