We had an idyllic stay at a wonderful, boutique hotel, with amazing staff and beautiful surroundings.

It’s beautiful and lush.

Basic, comfortable stay - not sure it is 4-star

Good air conditioning as was very hot.

Booking.com room rate higher than booking directly or as a walk-in. No hand basin in the lavatory- had to walk to separate bathroom to wash hands. No lift. Building doors are open so very hot everywhere except the room which had aircon.

A fabulous night at this comfortable little hotel

Beautiful setting in the middle of Juan Les Pins Wonderful family run hotel in a stunning garden setting.

No Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Pool would have benefitted with a shower.

great stay for your buck

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the girls at reception, who made us feel right at home. This hotel is a true gem that offers warm quiet, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, a well-appointed living space, and a fantastic location! quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and beaches. The flower and tree-filled garden and pool area are outstanding. The owner and all the staff are always ready to help with any request. The breakfasts in the beautiful garden were just perfect: in addition to omelettes, crapes prepared by friendly girls at your request, there were delicious pastries, juicy fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice and much more. Also free coffee of any kind from professional coffee machines is available all day long. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

charming hotel with friendly staff.

charming old school hotel with excellent garden and heated pool. When weather permits you can eat the breakfast outside.. which is an excellent choice.It has a small limited cocktail bar which is enough to get you in the mood for food.

The recent Cannes film festival had attracted the budding high octane starlet who was issuing the necessary expletives every few words. A number of bland executives constantly on the phone about climbing further up the greasy pole.. I might suggest that this cabal of mostly American morons might subsidise the rest of humanity. they surely lowered the tone of the place.

A Very picturesque setting and just a short walk to the centre.

Amazing breakfast with lots of choice. The fresh peaches, nectarines and melons were outstanding. Good bread and croissants and fresh cooked eggs to order. The swimming pool and surrounding area was lovely with mulberry and plane trees trained around the tables and pool. Our bedroom was small, bright and had a small pretty balcony.

The service throughout was good but plates and food wasn't replenished at breakfast often enough during busy times.

A wonderful and memorable week in a quirky hotel with a stunning garden and great staff

Breakfast was a bit basic, but nice. The location was perfect. The garden and pool were beautiful and natural . A quirky, charming family hotel with character. Fabulous bedroom in The villa with a wonderful big window onto the garden

The bedside drawers were broken in the bedroom , the internet had also broken down Minor issues - but disappointing given this is a 4 star hotel

We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and always willing the help. The room was cleaned perfectly every day. The pool and bar area was lovely and relaxing. The hotel location was a short walking distance from local restaurants and the train station.

Our room was a little noisy, particularly through the night where we were often woken by passers by and the sound of traffic.
