A clean comfy hotel with a View of yachts on cote d azur ! What could be better

I liked that you could just cross the road and be on the beach in less than 5 mins walk . The hotel was cool and the bed was super comfy It was quiet at night , got a great nights sleep every night and the shower was excellent!!

Hotel with sea view, close to the beach, shady balcony, excellent isolation and garage parking. We rested and are very satisfied.

Superb

Very good location- beach in front of the hotel and near to old town. Big room size. Liked coffe making possibility and complimentary water, biscuits and coffee every day. Also good breakfest.

location was fantastic, staff were great, room was really big for the three of us, balcony overlooking the sea

An excellent stay

The hotel is simply excellent. It is located just few meters from the seaside and you have a beautiful view from the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, also the balcony with a view is perfect.

A great place to stay for a short weekend break or full summer holidays

The staff was very pleasant. The room was very clean. Also the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby:-). Location excelent.

Breakfast was weak, but maybe it was because it was off season.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff.

Location of the hotel by the beach area. The room was large, spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing space.

I couldn't have improved on the hotel staff or facilities. I was very pleased with the reservation in total and would strongly recommend to anyone who was travelling to Antibes for a visit either business or pleasure.

I’d recommend for an easy stay - good location, clean room

Our room was large with an open view of the sea. It was however a room for someone with a disability so shower was a little strange. The hotel location is great. Easy walking distance to bars & restaurants in Antibes old town Very quiet at night despite central location Room was very clean Staff on reception were helpful and charming

The breakfast at 16 euros was not particularly special. We chose to eat elsewhere. There did not appear to be a facility to buy other snacks or meals

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Antibes

Perfect! The rooms are gorgeous and generous size, the bathroom and shower are great! The staff is amazingly helpful and give good tips on where to eat and things to see while you are in town. You are steps from a beautiful beach, where we spent most of our time!

So glad we found this fabulous hotel, we spent a great week there.

The location of the hotel was perfect. A short walk to the beautiful old town, across the road from the beach and also a half hour walk to Juan le Pins. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very attentive and so friendly.

Perfect location to explore Antibes

I kept searching for a better place to stay for what we wanted to do at a price we could afford. Hotel Josse exceeded our expectations. Old Antibes was a short walk away. Many good restaurants were nearby. We were also able to connect with trails around Cap D' Antibes. The hotel is across the street from a wonderful beach that became part of our daily routine. Breakfast was French and very good. The staff was super helpful. I was glad I reserved a place in the parking garage. There is parking available on an available basis but it seemed to fill up quickly.

I missed having scrambled eggs for breakfast but this was France and I had to adjust! The breakfast was very good!

Good size room, very close to the beach - you can get rooms with sea view.

Too expensive for what it is - little to no amenities. The rooms are basic. The only good thing is that it is close to the beach. No pool or beach towels and parking around is tough. The hotel also has a very limited number of parking spots (which you need to book in advance and pay for). The area around is okay but not great - only a few restaurants. You're a 25 min uphill walk to the more trendy Juan Les Pins area. Breakfast is very basic and staff seem like they don't want to be there.

Fantastic stay, great staff and throughly enjoyed the hotel and location.

Exceptional friendly staff. Always helpful. In all my years of traveling I can honestly say that the service we received was one of the best I have ever experienced.

The location, very close to both old Antibes (with many restaurants, bars and beautiful narrow streets to loose yourself on) and Juan les Pins ( reachable on foot in 15-20 min). Parking space was a big plus. Very nice and helpfull staff (providing help on renting a bike, sugestions for our trip to Saint Maxime/Saint Tropez, helping with info if vigniette needed in Marseille). Comfortable large room. Breakfast was good yet some variaty could be welcomed (same products every day)

Slippers in the room and minibar would have been nice. Room could use a little refurbishment.

Exceptional

Very helpful staff who always go to every length to help. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location over the road to beach. Not far to walk to old town for great restaurants.

Parking is limited but this is normal around here but the hotel staff are very happy to help find parking locally.

Cute 3 star hotel opposite the beach

For a three star hotel it met what we were expecting. The staff were really friendly and made sure that we settled into the room well - taking our cases to the room and showing us around. The hotel is opposite the beach so perfect for beach lovers.

The window didn't open all the way for security reasons so ventilation was poor and when you're coming back from the beach with sand all over you then there's no way to shake the sand out of the window.
