Very very great

The people were so so nice. The breakfast was very lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The beach is just around the corner and they have a ton of parasols you can grab.

The bed was a bit French (aka tin not very comfortable matras)

The price paid for The stay outweigh the accommodation received.

The location.

The double room is actually a single room type. There is no space to move around the bed. No night stand table on either side of the bed. No chair as well. The toilet/ shower could barely fit one slim person . Also, the accordion door of the toilet does not close . The breakfast is not a buffet as stated. Since you request at the table what you want, and there is no seconds.

Charming!

Le Ponteil is a very charming house and quiet haven close to the beaches of Cap d’Antibes by car and a 10 minutes walk from Vieux Antibes.

Very good place for the money, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms were very small (hard to have two suitcases open at the same time).

Great Hotel

So very friendly and welcoming, Martin and the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Fantastic location at the end of a quite road. We want to return soon.

A hidden jewel in Antibes...

The location was very beautiful, quiet and private. It gives you immediately a homey feeling. The owner/host was super friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great, too. Besides I slept phenomenal in the comfy bed.

Disappointing

- The location is very good. - The owner was very friendly and could speak English very well (still rare in France). - The breakfast room is very nice. The breakfast was also good.

- The furniture was old and in urgent need of renovation. What was perhaps meant to be shabby chic just looks like old furniture from grandma's attic. The hairdryer in the bathroom was yellowed, the towel rack rusty. - The bed was old and uncomfortable. The duvet did not even have a proper cover. - The room was dark, the view was almost straight onto a wall. - There was a strange smell at night when you opened the window. But that could also have been due to the neighbouring houses. - It was expensive. For 20€ more, we got a room in a 4-star design hotel in Nice a few days later.

Very nice and quite location, few steps from the beach and close to the city center. Parking available, very nice and welcoming owners, good breakfast.

Unfortunately I was given a room with a private toilet and shower but outside the room itself, which is quite uncomfortable. Also prepare yourselves because there are several mosquitos in the area.

A romantic, peaceful hotel in Antibes!

What a beautiful hotel! It has very nice aesthetics and it is very close to the beach and to the old town, where you can go on foot. The owners are doing everything they can to make your stay pleasant - lovely people. It has a vibe of being in a very peaceful place and not so much as a hotel. I will definitely visit again and I totally recommend it!

The room I chose didn't have much light, which I hadn't realised when I did the booking. But in general, I was very satisfied with everything.

perfect location- best costumer service

The hosts from Sweden are absolutly AWESOME. They really make the stay perfect. Most of the rooms are wonderful with balcony and modern barhrooms, our room (last available) was rather small, with no real door to the barhroom, just a little cover. The bathroom is also so small that if you were overweight you would have problems getting in and out. Besides this- this is a perfect location with extremly good customer service and great breakfast.

An amazing stay through all perspectives!

This welcoming little hotel is a true recommendation from us. Everything is fantastic - hospitality, breakfast, location, vibe, even other guests! Something remarkable was that the cleaning was made better than at many five star hotels, something you really appreciate when you brought tons of stuff. Do yourselves a favor and stay with Efva & Martin at their amazing hidden gem - you’ll leave with a warm feeling!

FANTASTIC and MEMORABLE Stay in Antibes

Everything was superb...from the location, the serene garden area, the delicious breakfast to the wonderfully helpful and friendly owners and staff . I highly recommend Le Ponteil if you are staying in or near Antibes. Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable and truly memorable.

Beautiful spot to stay in Antibes

This small family hotel is located in a quiet road near to the beach and only a very short walk from the centre of Antibes - a perfect spot to stay. The owners are delightful and go out of their way to make visitors' stays as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Breakfast (extra) is very good and is served in the small garden. Everything is kept very clean.

The rooms are adequate but not large and ours had a strange metal contraption in one corner for storage and hanging - functional but not beautiful! We arrived to find we had been unexpectedly upgraded to one of the two rooms with a shady balcony which was a real plus and, without which, the room might have felt small. The en-suite bathroom was also pretty small but had all the essentials and lots of lovely hot water in the shower (although a soap tray and device to hang the shower head at head height would have been welcome additions).

Martin and Efva extremely friendly hosts and made us very welcome

Breakfast very good location excellent for the beach five minute walk and the old town of Antibes ten minutes walk.

We would have liked a larger room but Le Ponteil has been extremely busy and the larger rooms were already booked.
