very spatious room, clean and pleasant. the location is excelent, right in the middle of old town. it has a nice pation to share with other rooms.
the beach realy close, 5 mins, the one next to the old town, or 15 mins for the larger one with the beautiful view of the town.

The helpfulness of Lolita, so kind and place is lovely, very clean and quiet. Right in the centre of old Antibes. Couple of minutes it a beach. Perfect. Thanks 😊

Super friendly Lolita made us very welcome. The location is in an alleyway hidden away but extremely central at the Place Nationale. Yet, the rooms are quite and have a shared cozy terrace. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Definitely a place to come back to.

Very friendly welcome from Lolita. Explained everything clearly about room, key, entry etc. Room was ideal for our two night stay. Comfortable bed. All very clean. Good shower and bathroom. Lolita was relaxed about our check out time and it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out. Thank you.
The window door to the room is covered by a white sheer blind and curtain. However they do not keep the light out sufficiently so the room was not dark enough. A black out blind would be good. Also the green fire exit light above the door outside on the terrace flashed all night and could be seen flashing through the blind and curtain.

Bit difficult to found the hotel way if you first time arrived. Need more signed or maybe something photo !!!

The room was really quiet in the heart of the city. Lolita was a great host.
There was a leak in the shower, the air conditioning was either too strong or too weak.

Location was good just off the main square
Room was not large but very nice, clean and looked recently tastefully refurbished
Initial impression of alley leading to Hotel may not be the most inviting but it was fine.
No control over A/C which worked for a minute and stopped for 5 minutes over and over.

The hotel, was super clean and bed very comfortable. We arrived late after the official checking time the lovely lady(btw she was super hot) left the key for me on the reception which made this checking even more perfect. Perfect location, right in Antibes old town centre. Thanks
No parking, could be a bit pricey if you need parking, was about 80€ for parking for 2 days.

Great location, especially if you like to explore the night life of the city. The cheapest mini bar. And one rather unique thing in the region, the room has a radiator, so you can quickly dry a towel or bathing suits (after all, the sea is nearby).

Perfect location and right in the centre of Old Antibes. The hotel room was a good size with a fridge and sensibly priced mini bar. Very friendly, helpful receptionist who made sure our stay went smoothly and without any problems.

Ubers are not allowed into the old town area so you have to walk to the perimeter to meet them. Taxis are very slow and will often not show up when booked.

The location is absolutely excellent. The staff was very helpful. Keep in mind that if you are arriving with a personal or rental car parking could be an issue. The hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian only zone so some small distance of walking is always required to get there.

The hotel is at the heart of Antibes old village, so location is on spot. Around the hotel there are many restaurants so you will always find a nice place to eat.
The hotel room was very tidy and comfortable! And the staff helpful and nice.
