Séjour très agréable !

La décoration top, la vue sur le jardin joli. L'accueil était sympa. La proximité avec la gare idéal pour se déplacer sur les autres villes de la côte

Les travaux qui étaient à côté faisaient un peu de bruit...

Gute Lage und günstig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ebenfalls ist der Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Von dort kann man Problemlos den Zug nach Cannes oder Monaco nehmen.

Nebenan gibt es eine Baustelle welche doch sehr lärmig ist. (Okt/23)

The perfect boutique summer escape.

Every detail was considered in the design. The Breakfast buffet was fresh and easy. Staff were accommodating and hotel facilities were great. They even had croissants to snack on throughout the day.

No bar fridge in the room to keep beverages cold.

A reasonably priced budget hotel with good access to the coastal train & a 25 minute walk to Antibes.

Liked the decor & the pool & the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive after a week & the location wasn’t the best around the back of the town. There was also a property being knocked down & deconstruction work started at 9.00am every morning Just as we were having breakfast outside. I know this wasn’t the hotels fault but there was no mention of it.

Superb

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great - within 2 minutes walk of the train station, shops, restaurants etc

Outdoor seating could be more comfortable and would be nice if towels were provided for pool area. Food truck was really good but only available at limited times.

great for a weekend away but perhaps not adequate enough for a week.

the location was great for exploring being so close to the station.

the staff weren’t overly friendly nor helpful. the amenities in our room weren’t replaced every day e.g. cups, bottles of water. there was no fridge in the room. it’s quite easy to hear people through, whether that’s down the hall way or upstairs, from our room on the first floor you could hear the bathroom just on from the lobby.

Perfect work stay in beautiful surroundings with warm hospitality

Wonderful location, exceptional service, lovely room and beautiful pool with incredible breakfast! My two colleagues were also staying as we had a conference at the Congress Centre and we were so impressed with how easy it was to get everywhere. We got the train from the airport and it was super easy too.

Exceptional service with a lovely pool area

Small hotel next to the train station (perfect for moving on train by Cote d’Azur), with a lovely (heated) pool area and an excelent service.

Small rooms and with views to a house in ruins. Breakfast correct, but not with a much variable offer.

Superb

Only one thing which was a very small minus , was the fact I had to cancel the second night reservation, from sudden an unexpected circumstances and I couldn’t get refund. And the place is located opposite school so probably during the weekend you would hear shouting kids.

An excellent hotel and a manager who dd all he could to make the stay exceptional

Excellent breakfast...lots of choice. The bread was amazing. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. All his recommendations about where to go and where to eat were really good. He offered to give us an earlier breakfast when we had to get somewhere urgently. The decoration was beautiful and the location brilliant for the train station and the facilities of Juan les Pins.

Hidden gem!

Amazing value for money! 5 star experiece! Very attentive staff (speak good English), rooms are nicely decorated, bed super comfy, the little garden with the pool and the "food truck" make your stay really relaxing, all really deserve a good 10! Hidden gem!

Good place for short stay

Nice place to stay for one night. Nice renovation on the hotel, best shower fixture! But they didn’t replace the carpet. Very small room. AC system controlled by front desk which didn’t realize until much later. Good place for short stay!

A trendy hotel with stunning interiors for good value

Fantastic location and beautiful aesthetics. Breakfast is a wonderful spread of organic yoghurt/fruit and fresh pastries (costs a reasonable 13€ for such quality), and there were complimentary pastries available for guests during the day. The staff were friendly. Very handy having a kettle in the room and wifi was fast and reliable.

The property is already really nice but a couple of extra touches might improve the overall experience: softer towels, mosquito repellent in the stunning courtyard and pool area.

Room was spotless with a good spacious shower, bed & pillow's super comfy & decor was cool & quirky. Breakfast was great lovely to have the choice to sit inside or outside & the food truck for lunch was ideal if you want to laze by the pool. Garden & pool were fabulous lots of shaded areas which I'm always in favour of & the cocktails were fabulous.

Great stay - would return!

Very well located hotel. Food truck outside was a nice addition with great pizza. Staff v friendly.

Superb

Close to train station so very easy for travellers to get to and from this property. Lovely bed, shower over bath, bonus packet of biscuits and a handwritten personal note to welcome you. Quiet location and room. Short, pleasant walk to beaches, restaurants and so on. It is further to walk to Antibes itself but can be done without much effort. There is also a petit-train (like a shuttle) or an open-top bus you can take to Antibes if you don't wish to walk. Return trip was €8 for an adult. Nice, Antibes, Cannes, even Grasse are all easily accessed by train. Heated pool on-site if the beach isn't an option. On our visit there was a food-truck on-site making fresh pizzas.

A great, clean, well price hotel.. just wish it had a bigger pool area

Room was very clean and enjoyed the simple breakfast. It was only toast, croissants, yogurts etc but perfect for a start to the day. Coffee was decent. The ambiance around the pool was very relaxed and enjoyed the quiet peaceful music. I felt like the hotel was good value for money considering the price of hotels in Antibes. The location of the hotel means you can venture into Juan Les Pins or Antibes on foot for the day/evening which is a real advantage!

The pool area is fairly small and there are no lay down sun loungers, only deck chair style. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool to relax around all day, this isn’t the place. We spend most days at the beach and enjoyed a drink or two by the pool before venturing out for dinner and having breakfast here in the morning, the area is perfect for that!

nice pool, friendly staff descent air conditioning good location mini croissants and pain au chocolate for the taking daily in the lobby.

no mini fridge! Woukd have been nice if the water and instant coffee had been replenished daily.
