The staff were incredibly friendly, it feels very modern and new and the location is so close to the beach and the train station! The whole place is spotless too and they were kind enough to allow us to check in early as our room was ready. So accomodating and kind.
We booked our room for the balcony which we were pleased we had because the room was *incredibly* small - so small that the balcony door actually couldn't open fully to allow us to access it. It was a bit of a squeeze! So just a warning if space is something you're keen on.
The doors are loud and the walls are thin so it was hard to relax in the mornings, the cleaners start early and the noise woke us up most mornings as did people's bathroom doors and front doors sliding and banging.

The location was excellent, the staff were all very polite. The room was a good size. The towels and beds were made every day. The room seemed very functional, nothing fancy but sleepable in (until we realised it wasn't - due to the lift sound)
Other people complained of noisy room due to street noise. We had a room at the back (57) so no street noise but room 57 has the noise of the lift at all hours. We hardly slept on the Saturday night. I also thought it was mean of the hotel not allowing us to bring coffee upstairs (purchased from them) and also only providing one glass for a family room. The shower was not great, the door to the cubicle was broken. It was mostly clean except the desk needed a wipe down.
