Welcoming friendly staff, the pool area and the garden was very nice. The private balcony was also nice.
A small complaint - some noise from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms. Bring earplugs.

Lovely pool and friendly staff, beds comfy
Bedroom doors very noisy when closing, so if your neighbours get up early you are woken up. Could be easily fixed by adding ‘soft close’ to the doors?

The pool was great as well as the location
Some of the staff members were rude and unwelcoming. We arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight and was shown to our room which displayed our aircon to be heavily leaking. We were very rushed and late to an event and had to wait until they could figure out what was going on. We requested a new room however was advised there weren’t any, despite seeing multiple empty and dark rooms from the front of the hotel. We had to get ready in our hot room while the aircon was off. We had a significantly damp and wet floor as well as parts of the bedding being wet. Additionally, the controlling measures of having to hand in YOUR room key into reception every time you leave the hotel is frustrating. There were a few occasions where I had to wait for someone to give me the key to OUR room - it was particularly frustrating.
