Very friendly staff who really went the extra mile to get to know the directions to the airport with public transport.
The pool was dirty (in Feb), public transport to get back to the hotel was rough because of all the road constructions (also a lot of bus drivers didnt know the road).

"The hotel is outside of the main touristic sites of Kuwait but is easy to find. Check-in is super fast (just get your visa readily available). My room was huge with a large closet cabinet with hangers..."
