Clean , has an elevator
8 / 10Excellent·May 2026
Great location
Good staff
Big enough breakfast
The bathrooms were a bit small and dark. The room is mid size, so it might be tight for two people.
9 / 10Outstanding·Apr 2026
Although the room was very small, it had a small fridge, coffee, tea, kettle, and a hair dryer. Every day we would come back in the evening to a nicely cleaned-up room. Location was very good, about 5 minutes walk to a couple of metro/train stations.
Rooms are very small, but this is typical in Paris for small hotels. Construction happening at the hotel, we were not aware of, we could not see anything through the windows.
5 / 10·May 2025
The room was mostly accessible, which was my main concern as a wheelchair user. Some issues with the shower controls though which made them not super disability friendly. The best thing about this hotel is actually not the hotel itself but the fact that right across the street are two amazing and affordable restaurants (Thai and Japanese) that we fell in love with and a very good bakery.
-There were a couple of nice and competent staff members but we had some very annoying problems created by other badly trained/informed staff members. These problems cost us time, money and stress.
-The lobby is tiny and it's the only part of the hotel that was kind of accessible to me apart from our room (sometimes lobby furniture had to be moved around so my very small wheelchair could get to our room). The elevator and the basement breakfast area are not accessible.
-We had 3 rooms in the hotel (5 people travelling together) and only 1 room had a safe. That safe was missing a key and therefore useless.
I wouldn't stay there again but I'm not saying it's terrible, not at all. I just think disabled people are better of with other options if they can find any.
