The location of the hotel is extremely good - the tram station is 2 minutes away, the hotel is on a quiet street, and my room overlooked a quiet courtyard. They have an elevator in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, they deserve all the praise. The room is extremely clean and is cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable, I had two different pillows. The bathroom is clean, has a shower cabin (I don't think fat people can get in it, because of the specific opening of the door). I had a wardrobe with a few hangers and a refrigerator (I didn't use it). The balcony is great. Air conditioning is usually paid for extra, but I didn't need it in April. The room price was a bit more expensive (we paid 711 euros for 4 nights) because we were there in April, during Milano Design Week.
We didn't have any outlets next to the bed to charge our phones, so we had to use one at the desk and another in the bathroom.

The room seems to be newly renovated, the staff was friendly and very good and the room was always clean.
The walls had some minor scraps and weren’t fully done yet, but it didn’t really affect my stay.

I can't evaluate the hotel because even if we booked a stay here when we arrived, we were told that the hotel was closing for renovation, and we were moved to another one..... A little bit annoyed but all worked out in the end
