The location was good, quite close to the subway station, price is good and the staff was friendly
Water infiltrations in various places, so not the cleanest room, and even though this isn't really smtgh the staff can change probably, very very noisy and bad isolation (from inside the building). It's alright for 1-2 nights.

The owner was very good and helpful when needed
Close to train station and a lot cheaper restaurants than the center of Milan and were very good especially the vibe restaurant

Miss Management, no one at the property to handle the situation. Owner or manager is rude. In the picture those beds are shown that is not available in the service. Air conditioning was not working properly.
Nothing, location is very bad. It is upstairs of the car mechanic shop.
