Excellent stay and outstanding customer service!
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. But what amazed us the most was the staff's hospitality. Today, after our check-out, Milan was hit by a brutal +36°C heatwave. When we returned to pick up our luggage before our late flight, the staff kindly allowed us to use the shared shower to freshen up. This is a next-level customer care! Thank you so much for saving our day, we highly recommend this place!

Its very close to Dergano metro station and 10 mins from centrale station by metro
The room is majorly for one person and two people would be tight. We could see some ants in our bathroom and bed. There are no toiletries as well.
