From my first visit, I received a very warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Even when we faced an issue during our stay, the team, especially the manager Mr. Omor, handled the situation professionally and made sure everything was resolved. I truly appreciate his attention, support, and the way he cared about our experience. Thank you, Mr. Omor, for making our stay special.

Everything was very good overall. The only point that could be improved is the waiting time for food. During busy times, all family members need to wait in the same line to collect their food, and one person cannot collect for the whole family. Allowing one person to collect food for the family, especially when there are two or more portions, could make the process much faster and more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Omar Khayyam Resort and spent four amazing days there as three female friends. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to the staff at the reception, in the dining area, and at the bar for their kindness and professionalism. In particular, we would like to mention Louai, who works the morning shift at the bar. He was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, and his positive attitude truly enhanced our experience. We would also like to thank the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room every day. The room was always spotless, tidy, and very well maintained. The animation team deserves a special mention as well: Iago, Hossem, Dudu, Alex, Sparta, Madu, and Lion. They were energetic, friendly, and made sure there was always something fun happening around the resort. We took part in various activities throughout our stay, and thanks to them, we never felt bored for a single moment. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its direct access to the beach. The sea view is absolutely beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. For a 3-star hotel, I would happily give it a 9/10 rating. The staff, the food, and the overall vibe were honestly 10/10. The only area that could be improved is the air conditioning in the reception area and the dining room, especially during hot days. Improving this would make the experience even more comfortable for guests. Another great touch was that the hotel screened the World Cup matches on large projectors, creating a fantastic atmosphere for football fans without having to leave the hotel to watch the games. I would also highly recommend trying the beach activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and other water sports. The team there is very professional, friendly, and offers fair prices. I am genuinely writing this review from the heart.

Établissement rustique avec équipements et bâtiments mal entretenu Cuisine très médiocre avec infection par gastro entérite pour 2 de mes enfants et moi même ainsi que déclenchement d'une éruption cutanée cher mon 3 ème enfant dès le premier dîner.. Passage par les urgences à deux reprises pendant 2 nuits à cause des infections subis. Une nuit j'ai dû aller à la réception pour me faire fournir une serpillière pour nettoyer le vomi de mon enfant malade car malgré mes réclamations auprès de la réception ils m'ont ignoré puis il m'ont dit qu'ils n'ont pas de service de nettoyage la nuit !!! Je devrais nettoyer seul ... Personnel impoli et animation catastrophique. Les boissons servis sont de qualité désastreuse et même le café est imbuvable : la machine à expresso n'est utilisée que pour les dirigeants ou les invités : on a le droit qu'au café imbuvable de la machine automatique. Je regrette l'argent que j'ai payé pour ce séjour désastreux . J'exige un remboursement.
