Tina in Reception was exceptionally helpful and gave us loads of ideas where to visit and Bus and Train timetables etc
The Views of The Sunset from our balcony was amazing

That it is far from Sorrento and the streets are very stressful to walk to the bus station.

Good location although in the road was a bit scary getting to the bus stop
Needs upgrading. You have to do your ironing in a room with their permission
No full length mirror
No security boxes
Plugs not all compatible with euro standards
The door key is a giant knocker so outdated
