We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm. The Aqua Park was excellent and our children had an amazing time. We also really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the friendly, helpful staff.
A special thank you to Mohamed Soliman at reception. He was extremely kind, friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making sure our family was happy. His genuine care and attention made a real difference to our stay.
We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end and would happily come back again.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.

A stay that exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and not overly spicy, which is not something to take for granted. The beach is family-friendly, with no rush or crowds when it comes to sun loungers and umbrellas. The coral reef is easily accessible and absolutely beautiful.
The room was spacious and always spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly, everything was perfect!
The entertainment team was present but never intrusive. The water park is ideal for families with children, but we had a lot of fun there too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The resort was very clean, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the entertainment was fantastic for both adults and children.
A special thank you to Mr. Hady for his outstanding cooperation and kindness. He was extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine effort to make our stay comfortable truly made a difference.
Thanks to the excellent service, cleanliness, food, entertainment, and especially the wonderful staff, our stay was more than amazing. We really enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

The location and the design are amazing. The service in the resort is perfect, very nice, kind and helpful staff. You can do snorkeling everyday and enjoy the unbelievable Red sea.
Very delicious food.
The wifi was weak in many places at the resort.
