Right in the middle of the mainstreet, easy walk to river-side restaurants. Older style, no elevator so plenty of stairs if your room is on the top floor. Quite basic rooms, staff have limited English. Great for a night.
It is a very simple property but this is reflected in the room price. Conveniently located for an overnight stop. Not spectacular but no complaints if you have reasonable expectations.

La camera è semplice ma ha tutto ciò che serve e di più. C’è il frigo, 2 bottigliette d’acqua, asciugamani e prodotti da bagno, bagno privato, un condizionato perfettamente funzionante e una tv. È pulita, il letto ed il cuscino sono comodi. Ci siamo fermati una sola notte per partire per la slow boat e la reception ci ha tenuto i fogli consegnati dalla crew per il viaggio. È stato molto comodo.
Unica cosa non c’è l’ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema ma magari per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo

O quarto parecia estar realmente muito limpo e era bastante bem equipado. Existe uma loja de conveniência no térreo, o que é muito conveniente de fato. Existem alguns restaurantes por perto. Existe um lugar para fotos por perto. A pista de caminhada e ciclismo que beira o rio Mekong está bastante perto também.
A recepcionista mal olhou na nossa cara quando fizemos o check-in, talvez fosse um dia não muito bom para ela. Os hóspedes chineses do quarto ao lado eram muito barulhentos e falaram muito alto até bastante tarde da noite, mas isso não é culpa do Hotel.

Easy to get to and exit town from, a 7-11 right next door for water and necessities. Very low price and adequate for a one night stay.
Desk clerk wasn't very friendly, didn't really welcome us or offer to help us carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights of steep stairs..
