Amman International Hotel

This was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, safe, and relaxing stay in Amman. One of the things I appreciated most was the exceptional sense of privacy and safety. Although the hotel was full of guests, it never felt crowded or noisy. There was an incredible sense of privacy and tranquility throughout the property. It is located in a very quiet and distant area away from traffic and the noise of the city, making it the perfect place to clear your mind, relax, and genuinely disconnect. Waking up in the morning and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings and quiet sounds was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was also spotlessly clean — easily 10/10. Everything felt well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality. I felt welcomed even before I arrived in Amman. The Director of Public Relations personally contacted me through WhatsApp and by phone before my arrival to make sure that everything I needed was arranged. She was exceptionally attentive, readily available, and genuinely committed to making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her warmth and professionalism made a wonderful first impression and continued throughout the visit. The dining experience at Oasis Restaurant was also excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was outstanding. I particularly tried the Alfredo Puccini, which was an amazing dish and one I would highly recommend. The restaurant's chef is highly experienced and award-winning, and the quality of the food certainly reflects that experience. I would also like to give a special thank you to every member of the hotel staff — from the reception team and luggage staff to the security team and everyone working behind the scenes.

There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. If I had to mention one point, it would simply be that the hotel has a classic, traditional style, and some of the furniture may appear older in design. However, this is clearly part of the hotel’s character and aesthetic rather than an issue with its condition or cleanliness. I was also informed that renovations are planned in the near future, which I look forward to seeing while maintaining the hotel’s unique charm.

We had a wonderful stay at Amman International Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Yara, who was incredibly kind, professional, and made our stay even more enjoyable with her excellent service and warm hospitality. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel's location was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman, and I will definitely stay here again

I honestly didn't dislike anything. Everything was excellent, and the staff made our stay very comfortable. Our stay was only for one night, and the only thing I wish is that it could have been longer. If I had to mention one small suggestion, it would be to offer a few more breakfast options. Other than that, everything was perfect.
