Great staff, but a few improvements would make this hotel excellent
The staff were absolutely excellent — every single one of them was friendly, helpful and genuinely took great care of us. The rooms were clean and nice, and the bathrooms were very spacious and spotless; they also looked as though they had been recently renovated.
There were a few things that could be improved. Our room had a slightly damp smell, there was no fridge, and the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell, which made us wonder whether the filters had been cleaned recently. The TV picture quality was also quite poor.
Breakfast was fine, although the choice was not very extensive, and fussy children might struggle to find something they like. That said, the kitchen staff were just as helpful and accommodating as everyone else.
Overall, the staff really do their absolute best and are the hotel’s biggest strength. With a little more attention from management to the rooms, facilities and breakfast selection, this place could easily be excellent.
The people! Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, helpful and caring. They really made us feel welcome and did their best to look after us throughout our stay. The rooms and especially the spacious, clean bathrooms were also very nice.

I loved the garden area. We had a cottage and it was amazing. It was nice and clean and it had air conditioning which was really nice in the heatwave.
When we went there were some issues with electricity and there was a power cut. They do not have a backup generator so it was a little difficult.

Very clean and quiet place. Close to the airport. Food was very tasty. A little playground for kids was very welcome.
The airconditioning was on when we entered the room and the moment we put it off was impossible to put it back on, it was stuck and didn’t blow any air. Besides we asked to call a taxi for the next day so we can get on time to the airport and the taxi didn’t show up. We had to go back inside to order the taxi again. The reception solved the problem and 10 min later a cab came.

the room was spacious and clean
the room that we got was near the restaurant kitchen and it was very loud in the night with all the cleaning done in the kitchen
as we had a very early flight, we could not sleep properly because of all the noise
